Thank you for visting my site and taking an interest in me. I am a photojournalist from the United States based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I have been since March 1998. I studied photojournalism at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, for 4 years before heading to Mexico for 4 years then El Salvador, Central America, for 3 years. Experiences of any photojournalist are wide ranging, which is why most of us do it. My experiences in particular include, Mexico's Zapatista rebels, the Pope, the Peru hostage crisis, Carnival in Rio, Rock in Rio Music Festival, gangs in El Salvador as well as many boring press conferences. If you browse through my site, you will find photos from these places.
